Injection /withdrawal Fee
Our injection /withdrawal fees are based on the cost for electricity. Therefore we have a formula, which can be found in our SSSA that is based on two factors. These are the cost of the transport, published by the ACM and the Electricity Price of Dutch forward prices from the 15 November (inclusive) to 30 November (inclusive) in the calendar year immediately preceding such Gas Storage Year. See below for the prices for the last 2 years.
Interruptible Injection/withdrawal/Space Fees
If the Customer makes an Injection/Withdrawal request for injection at a rate that exceeds its Firm Injection Capacity this request could be allocated request as “Interruptible Injection/withdrawal Capacity”. The request is based on any unused Firm Injection/Withdrawal Capacity of other Storage Customers and will be allocated on a pro-rate basis.
Also if the storage customer its Gas-in-Storage is exceeding its Registered Space for any Hour, such actions shall be a request for “Interruptible Space”. The Interruptible Space shall be allocate on a ‘first come first served basis’ to and between Storage Customers who have requested Interruptible Space, any unused Registered Space of other Storage Customers.
An customer without firm capacity can also register as an Interruptible-only Customer but then the Customer shall pay an “ICT Service Fee” of ten thousand Euros (€10.000) per month.
